Cossy Casual Comforts was established in 1994 by the combined efforts of Mr. Saravana Balaji & Mrs. Akila.S.Balaji. Mr. Balaji is a leading industrialist in this region. A Master's degree holder in Textile Technology, his keen interest in garments induced him to take up Garment exports. With his technical background up Garment exports. OUR INFRASTRUCTUER AND SUPPORT :

Cossy Casual Comforts operates with two separate shop floors for the Woven and knitted segments. Each one is highly mechanized and fitted with state - of - the - art machinery.

Woven Factory

This factory at Erode has roughly 18,000 sq ft work floor housing modern imported machines from the best global vendors. The factory machines are manned by experienced personnel who are experts in their own filed. The line up includes.

Knitted Factory

Situated at the textile core of South India, Tiruppur, our knitted factory has 12,000 sq.ft of work floor. Here too, the very latest in machinery is employed for achieving export- worthy results.

Quality Control

Quality checks are carried out during evey stage of production. They form an integral part of our activities at both our units. All our personnel are trained in the very best ways and methods to ensure consistent quality. Experienced technocrats are involved during every audit of quality and customers quality requirements are adhered to strictly.

Sampling Unit

An independent sampling unit with 10 skilled employees is housed in an 800 sq.ft area with different types of imported machinery. These are used exclusively for the purpose of sampling. Nearly INR 0.50 million is spent on sampling alone at Cossy Casual Comforts.

Dyeing & Printing Unit

We have our own Dyeing & Printing Unit and all our dyeing, coloring and printing needs are taken care of in- house. Cossy Casuals uses only environment - friendly azo - free dyes in the making of our products. A wide range of colours are avaliable for every consumer's taste.
